Day 2861 | 1km Swim & Evening Hot Yoga+

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Friday was another good active day with healthy eating as I started out going for a short 1km Swim, the idea was also to go for a dog walk but a combination of the weather not being great and a shortage of time made me just walk him in our garden while helping out my dad a bit. I went back to my appartment in time as I wanted to join the 19:00 Hot Yoga Class which turned out to be something new in 60 Minute Hot Yoga+. It made me realise how accessible regular Hot Yoga is as some of the poses I didn't even get close. It was a fun variation though and it's a good thing that the 19:00 Friday class isn't one I'm doing regularly. Afterward, there was a Football match which I watched and did quite ok on betting wise. I watched some tv afterward before going to bed and having a great night sleep.


Maily thanks to the walk to the yoga class and back, I still managed to do over 10k steps on the day. This however leaves me with over 13k steps to do each of the 2 weekend days which will be a challenge.

New Day Goals: I aim to start the day quite early getting up in time making the previews on the 3 football matches of the day. I will join a 12:15 Hot Yoga class and if the weather allows it do some extra steps on my way back. I will also try to keep my eating clean and limited as I have been stuck at 67.8 kg for some days now despite good efforts.
